Terms and Conditions for Booking Musical Performances
Payment Options
PayPal, direct bank deposit and cash, no personal cheques.
Booking deposit
A 50% deposit is required at least 15 days prior to the performance, or in the case of a series of performances, the first performance (whichever is applicable)
Balance of payment
The balance of payment is to be made in full at the completion of the performance, or in the case of a series of performances, the last performance (whichever is applicable).
Cancellation of a booking
The minimum period for cancellation is 7 days. If a booking is cancelled with less than 7 days notice, any deposit paid will be non-refundable. Alejandro Espino Aldana reserves the right to cancel a performance at any time. In this instance, the deposit will be repaid in full within 5 working days of cancellation. Alternatively, the scheduled performance may be rebooked for an alternative date/time by mutual agreement by both parties.
